Stats
The stats application keeps track of your website’s hits and pageviews as well as detailed information about who is visiting your site, what content they are viewing, who referred them, what keywords they used to find you - even what browser and operating system they’re using! This information will help you make decisions on how to market your site.
Event Calendar
Your web community site will keep track of all of your upcoming events and display them in a neatly formatted calendar or a list view. Best of all, your calendar can be subscribed to from most popular calendar applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail.
Page Editing
Editing pages and posts in the koinos system is an absolute joy due to our very clean user-interface. If you can work in Microsoft Word, then you’ll have no problem with our editor! Of course, if you have any members with html knowledge, they can simply switch to our code view and edit pages the way they know best!
Comments & Discussion
The reason we call our product a ‘web community’ is because of the communication aspect of our system. Whenever you write a blog, post an event, upload a sermon, or share a news item, your members can comment on your post. Other users can then read the comments and comment back, thus keeping in contact throughout the week.
Blogging & Syndication
Whenever you write a ‘post’ in the koinos system, the information is submitted into your RSS feed. This allows members to subscribe to your posts so that they are notified whenever new content is available. Categories that can be syndicated include blogs, latest news, sermon podcasts, events, prayer requests, etc.
E-Commerce
You will love our e-commerce system! From the easy payment setup (just input a paypal username and you’re ready to go!) to the intuitive product interface, you’ll be up and running in no time adding categories, product options and more! Includes support for downloadable products as well!
Podcasting
Podcasting Technology is one of the biggest things to hit the media world in the last few years and we wouldn’t want you to be without it! Whenever you post a new sermon, you have the option of adding it to your podcast which will in turn feed it to the iTunes music store and other podcast providers.
Online Giving
Our E-Commerce application also handles donations through paypal. A donation is made just like a product purchase and the user’s information is stored in your purchase log for tracking and end-of-year giving statements.
Forms
The forms application has a robust feature set and allows you to create multiple forms for inclusion on any of your webpages. Basic contact forms, event registrations, even little pop-quizzes! This is a great way to gather information from church members and visitors alike. Form results can be sent to any email address you provide.
Polls
The polls application allows you to gather information from church members and visitors in a fun way. Simply input a poll question and list as many possible responses as you want. Visitors can then cast their vote and immediately see current results. Set start and end dates, and run multiple polls at once, all from your website!
Photo Gallery
Your photo gallery not only organizes and categorizes your photos the way you want, but also comes with additional features for displaying your photos as single photos, complete albums and gallery sets. You can even make a slideshow with programmable effects and embed it right into your web site!
Easy Backups
Technology is great, but we still need to safeguard against the ‘worst-case-scenario’. Once of the best features of the koinos system is the backup application. Because your web community is housed in a state-of-the-art database format, you can easily backup all of your information into an industry standard xml file with one click.

One of the things we really pride ourselves on is the way we support our customers. We have created a really great set of video tutorials that teach you how to do the most common tasks in your web community. We also have electronic documentation, email support and are available during business hours 4 days a week by phone.
User-Management
The koinos system allows you to specify different roles for your users. Your web community can have multiple administrators, editors, authors, contributors and subscribers, with different features and levels of access for each.
Email Newsletters
Keep in touch with all of your registered users based on their role by using our email newsletter module. By employing an easy to use interface, you can send plain-text or even full html emails to your members. This can be used for periodic newsletters, to promote an upcoming event, or to alert people of a crisis or prayer request.
